A Yankee swap is where everyone brings an item, new or used around a $5 value. Then you all draw a number, #1 picks a gift and opens it. Then #2 opens a gift and keeps it or swaps with #1, as each person opens there gift he can keep it or swap it once. At the end #1 gets to swap their gift if they want to. You only swap if you want to, but that doesn't mean you will keep your gift, because someone else down the line may take yours! It is a lot of fun! Bring cave-related items or anything else that comes to mind.
