The following caves are open from June 1 to September 1. Some caves are gated to protect bats. Click to see a LIST of known Vermont bat hibernacula. Plymouth Caves, Plymouth Brandon Silver Mines, The presence of Indiana bats has the Nature Conservancy (the owners) edgy. Park well away from the road access when going out to the Silver Mines. The owner has asked that people be sure not to block the road. |
